New promotions at Ruppert branch

Araujo and Lopes have been promoted at the Alexandria Landscape Management branch.

LAYTONSVILLE, Md. – Ruppert Landscape is pleased to announce the promotion of Joshua Araujo and Mike Lopes in our Alexandria Landscape Management Branch. 

 
Araujo, a resident of Woodbridge, Va., has been promoted to area manager. With over nine years of industry experience, Araujo has been with the company for over a year and started as an Enhancement Manager. In his current role, he will be responsible for the sale, renewal and production of the branch’s landscape management work, the training and development of the personnel and ensuring quality, customer service and customer retention. Araujo is a Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) and has a bachelor’s degree in landscape contracting design and build from Penn State University. 
 
“Joshua excelled in his position as enhancement manager by taking the role to the next level,” said Jack Ruppert, Alexandria Landscape Management branch manager. “His high level of competence and his exceptional organizational skills has been a vital asset to the Alexandria branch and I know he is ready for the new challenges that his new position will bring.” 
 
Lopes, a resident of Alexandria, Va., has been promoted to enhancement manager. He started at Ruppert Landscape in March 2014 as an enhancement field manager and has over 18 years of industry experience. In his current role, he will be responsible for producing all of the branch’s enhancement work, purchasing and selling a portion of that work and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 
“Mike’s ability and willingness to learn has been a key part of his continued growth and development here at Ruppert,” said Jack Ruppert. “He is a great fit for this position and we are looking forward to many good things from him.”
