VISTA, Calif. – Heaviland Landscape Management recently negotiated a deal with Landscape Plus to acquire a number of contracts from the company as Landscape Plus closed its business. The transaction provides a significant addition of maintenance and construction projects to Heaviland’s portfolio and allows Landscape Plus to smoothly transition its clients over to Heaviland’s respected team while continuing to administer exceptional service.
“We purchased these contracts from our colleague Matt Jerman at Landscape Plus because they are a good fit for us and they provide some potential to grow in scope of work over time,” said Tom Heaviland, president of Heaviland Landscape Management. “This acquisition should provide revenue growth for us and an opportunity to demonstrate our high quality standards to an expanded group of clients.”
