ROSWELL, Ga. – SiteOne Landscape Supply has acquired Landscape Depot Supply, a distributor of hardscapes and landscape supplies with three locations in the Greater Boston, Massachusetts, market. Terms of the deal were not immediately available.
"Landscape Depot Supply complements our existing branch network in the Greater Boston market in addition to significantly strengthening our hardscape and landscape supply business there," said Doug Black, chairman and CEO of SiteOne Landscape Supply.
"Landscape Depot Supply has an extremely talented and seasoned team and we are thrilled to have them join the SiteOne family," Black said. "This is our third acquisition to date in 2019 as we continue to expand the number of markets in which we provide a full range of products and services to our customers."
SiteOne has also acquired All Pro Horticulture and Cutting Edge Sand & Rock earlier this year.
