NOVATO, Calif. – ET Water Systems has appointed Gregg Black to the position of Northern California Area Sales Manager.
Gregg joined ETwater in 2004 as one of the company’s first employees, after working as a Project Manager at Cengage Learning, a provider of innovative teaching, learning and research solutions. He now has more than10 years with ETwater in hardware development and testing, installations, technical support and customer service. His various roles at ETwater have contributed to his detailed product knowledge, strong technical skills, and drive to provide industry-leading customer service.
“With hundreds of hardware installations under his belt and the long-standing relationships he has developed with our Northern California customers since our company was formed, Gregg brings strong technical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to his new role,” commented ETwater CEO Pat McIntyre.
“We are growing aggressively, having more than doubled our sales in the last two years, and I am confident that Gregg will be central in helping us stay on this sales trajectory. I am very pleased to welcome him to this important position.”
In his new role, Black will oversee sales and installations in the Northern California region.
