In an effort to bring their account-focused grounds management services to Sandusky, Port Clinton and areas throughout Erie, Sandusky and Ottawa counties, Schill Grounds Management has announced it has established a new base of operation to cover the region.
Headquartered in Sheffield Village, Ohio, Schill has more than 18 years of experience serving commercial, industrial and HOA properties throughout the Cleveland metro area. Already well established throughout Lorain County, the new satellite location will be positioned to expand the company’s ability to support this high-density area of the state.
“This is a logical next step for us,” said Jerry Schill, president of Schill Grounds Management. “We’ve taken our time to expand so that we are sure each new area can be well served, and the time is right for us to enter this new market. We’re really excited about this opportunity and look forward to partnering with new properties in the region.”
