CLEVELAND – Kichler Lighting has acquired Teron Lighting, Inc. (TLI), a privately-owned manufacturer of commercial lighting products headquartered in Fairfield, Ohio.
“The acquisition of TLI allows us to take advantage of their core strengths, enabling us to better serve the commercial segment,” said Tony Davidson, CEO and president of Kichler Lighting.

TLI provides commercial grade, energy-efficient lighting solutions serving markets such as assisted living, healthcare, commercial, education, government, hospitality and multi-family. The company also produces vandal-resistant and wet location fixtures. TLI will operate as a standalone entity with Michael Bellos and David Bellos continuing to manage its business. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
