Redexim Turf Products, the factory direct store for Redexim North America, based in Valley Park, Mo., has added a new staff member: John Elsea of Wentzville, Mo.
John joins the Redexim Turf Products team with experience on the service and sales sides of the turf industry. After four years of service in the U.S. Air Force, John worked as a service manager for John Deere. Next, John was hired as the parts and service manager at Gateway Toro where he worked for 11 years and was awarded Distributor Parts Manager of the Year, by The Toro Company. Gateway Toro was then sold to Modern Distributing and John was named regional sales manager. In 1995 Modern Distributing purchased Beckman Turf and Irrigation, and named John, branch manager. Later in 1999 The Toro Company acquired the business from Modern Distributing, under the new name Turf Professionals Equipment Company (TPEC), and John became the director of operations.
“We are elated and privileged to have John Elsea leading the Redexim Turf Products sales team,” says Paul Hollis, executive vice president. Redexim is internationally known for its development of innovative turf management products for the golf, sports field and landscape markets.
