The IRROMETER Co. is celebrating 60 years of service to the agricultural, landscape, environmental and research markets. Demand for accurate soil moisture data and improved irrigation scheduling practices led to the development of a family of products that measure, monitor, sample, and control soil moisture.
In agricultural applications IRROMETER instruments and WATERMARK electronic sensors are used to measure soil moisture. These sensors can also be read automatically with our Data Monitoring Systems. Optional telemetry equipment allows remote access to the data including Internet access.
WATERMARK products used in landscape applications will enhance the performance of an irrigation controller by overriding its operation when the soil is too wet.
