MIDDLETON, Wis. – The Bruce Company announced that Seth Nicholson, a 25 year veteran of the Company, has been named president. He will also retain his current title of chief operating officer. Seth has extensive experience in all facets of the company and has been an instrumental part of the leadership group. Bliss Nicholson, previous president, will continue to serve as CEO and chairman of the board of directors.
Other notable promotions and key members of the executive leadership team are Michael Koeppen, previously the controller, who has been promoted to the role of chief financial officer; Thomas Raemisch promoted to the role of vice president of sales and marketing and longtime vice president, Steven Short, has been promoted to senior vice president. The Bruce Company values the knowledge, passion and leadership of these key employees.
