LAYTONSVILLE, Md. – Ruppert Landscape has announced the addition of Ethan Brown and Ron Standifer in the Alexandria landscape management branch.
Brown, a resident of Fairfax, Virginia, has been hired as area manager. Brown holds an associate degree in landscape and turf management and a bachelor’s degree in business from Virginia Tech. He has 10 years of experience in the construction and excavation industries and two years of experience as an enhancement manager in the landscape industry. As area manager, he will be responsible for the sale, renewal and production of the branch’s landscape management work; the training and development of personnel; and ensuring quality, customer service and customer retention.
Standifer, a resident of Arlington, Virginia, has been hired as enhancement manager. He brings over 16 years of industry experience, having held positions as a lawn technician, operations manager and account manager with other industry organizations. He holds an associate degree in horticultural science from Potomac State College of West Virginia University. He is an ICPI certified installer and has completed the VDOT work zone traffic control training and flagger certification. As enhancement manager, he will be responsible for planning and executing all upgrades to help rejuvenate existing landscape management contracts.
