The Outdoor Power Equipment Institute’s (OPEI) TurfMutt will be featured on an episode of the Lucky Dog show on CBS this Saturday, May 19. In the episode, TurfMutt will provide a few tips.
OPEI’s TurfMutt environmental education and stewardship program sponsors the Lucky Dog show. The May 19 episode will feature a neglected terrier mix named Muffin, who gets a second chance with a dog-loving family that devotes much of their time to the Special Olympics. Before Muffin can hit the road with her new family, she needs to correct her begging habit and prove to trainer Brandon McMillan that she is ready for a life of travel.
OPEI’s Kris Kiser pays a visit to Muffin’s prospective new home in California to see whether the yard is suitable and he’s thrilled to find a beautiful living landscape, even though the area is more desert-like.
