FAIRFIELD, Ohio – DHG, a private investment and holding company, announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Delaware based The Hydroseeding Company dba Epic Manufacturing – a manufacturer of hydraulically applied mulch machines and straw blowers marketed and sold as Easy Lawn, Epic, and Reinco brands. The acquisition of assets will be accomplished by Erosion Control Products Corporation, a subsidiary of DHG.
The transaction is expected to close by May 31st and Erosion Control Products Corporation plans to continue manufacturing and marketing Epic, Easy Lawn, and Reinco brand products in Sussex County, Delaware.
