Ruppert hires Bill Cobb as information systems manager

Cobb has more than 30 years of experience in business and landscaping.

LAYTONSVILLE, Md. – Ruppert Landscape announced  the addition of Bill Cobb as information systems manager. He will be involved with helping the company to develop operational and strategic perspective, upgrading software and programming.
“What Bill brings to us is over 30 years of valuable experience in areas that will have a direct and lasting impact on our organization,” says Ken Hochkeppel, CFO. “When you marry landscape experience with great business acumen and a thorough understanding of business processes, you have a very rare and valuable combination. We are looking forward to the many contributions we know he will make.”
Prior to his hire by Ruppert, he has worked as a Branch Manager for Environmental Design Group and in various capacities at TruGreen Landcare including district manager, region manager and division vice president. He holds a B.A. in ornamental horticulture from Auburn University. Cobb, who currently resides in Trussville, Ala., will relocate to Maryland in the coming year.
