Austin, Texas – LUSA Holdings, (Landscapes USA) has completed the acquisition of Peach Tree Landscapes in Nashville Tennessee.
Peach Tree Landscapes is a commercial landscape company in Middle, Tenn. Peach Tree’s 100 employees serve the greater Nashville area and surrounding Middle, Tenn., counties.
Peach Tree provides landscape maintenance and design/build services to office, retail, industrial, multi-family and high-end residential clients. Peach Tree’s founders, Bryan Clayton and Chip Burnette commented on the transaction, “We selected LUSA to partner with because we believe they will provide the experience, leadership and resources to take Peach Tree to the next level, creating opportunities for Peach Tree’s employees and providing excellent service to our clients.”
LUSA Holdings has operations in six states: Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, California, Florida and now Tennessee. Landscapes USA has completed four acquisitions in the past four years.
