VALENCIA, Calif. – Landscape Development has concluded the asset purchase of Enhanced Landscape Management in Thousand Oaks, California.
Greg Epstein, the founder and owner of ELM, is joining the LDI executive team as director of business development for its maintenance business. He will play a pivotal role in future growth of LDI as well as the integration of the ELM business and employees. All 115 staff members of ELM are being retained by LDI including field personnel and management.
The acquisition will allow the companies to offer a wider range of services including landscape construction, maintenance, water management, erosion cntrol and landscape architecture in an expanded service area.
LDI currently operates from eight regional offices throughout central and southern California including a dedicated design studio located in Ventura, California.
