ATLANTA – Atlanta-based pest control leader Orkin, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rollins recently expanded its lawn care services in Southern Florida by acquiring Lawn & Ornamental Green Services, also known as Green Plus. Green Plus is headquartered in West Palm Beach, Fla.
Green Plus was started in 2004 by Scott and Melissa Irwin. The company services West Palm Beach County.
“We look forward to expanding Orkin’s lawn care business in Florida with the acquisition of a dynamic company like Green Plus,” said J.R. Rodriguez, senior region manager for Orkin. “The Irwin’s have a well-run business, and we welcome all of the company’s well-tenured employees and customers.”
Current customers will transition to Orkin within the year and be serviced out of Orkin’s West Palm Beach branch.
The Irwins will help transition Green Plus to Orkin.
