Pittsburgh, PA – Hydroscapes, based in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, joined the LandOpt Contractor Network. The company is the fourth LandOpt contractor in Pennsylvania.
Hydroscapes Owner Rob Kratz said he chose to partner with LandOpt because he felt he had reached a ceiling in his business.
“I needed a model that works,” he said.
The opportunity to introduce well-defined roles and to offer clear career paths for staff through the LandOpt System appealed most to Kratz. With the LandOpt systems and processes in place, Kratz is looking to double his revenue, transform his business and increase energy within five years.
“As growth happens with staff members, I am looking forward to relinquishing some of my current responsibilities,” Kratz said.
In addition, LandOpt Success Coach Mike Eisenhuth said he is optimistic that Hydroscapes will exceed its growth goals through the partnership as Kratz and his team embrace the new processes.
LandOpt has seen steady growth the past six months, adding three locations in 2018.
