CARY, N.C. and FREDERICK, Md. – John Deere and Wright Manufacturing have announced they will not extend their current commercial mower design and manufacturing arrangement beyond May 2016. The alliance began in August 2012, enabling Deere to bring technology and designs to the market and allowing Wright to enhance its manufacturing and quality processes. Deere said it remains firmly committed to the professional landscape equipment business and will continue to develop its product line independently. Wright said it will continue to develop commercial mowers independently.
