Acquires Anderson Ward Plantscapes
HO-HO-KUS, N.J. – Raimondi Horticultural Group has acquired Anderson Ward Plantscapes of Hillsborough, N.J.
The acquisition will add to RHG’s client base in the growing Princeton to Parsippany corridor resulting in increased business and operational efficiencies for the Ho-Ho-Kus-based provider.
RHG’s services include interior plant design and maintenance, as well as landscape services for corporate and residential clients. Anderson Ward Plantscapes was founded in 1981 by David Anderson Ward.
“This acquisition will drive efficiencies and enhance our purchasing economies of scale, which in turn can be passed along to our clients,” said Chris Raimondi, CLP President/CEO of RHG. “It also reinforces our corporate commitment to pursue growth opportunities that not only benefit our clients but our employees and vendor partners as well.”
RHG’s extensive lineup of interior landscape services will be available to its new client base including design, installation and maintenance, holiday and seasonal decorating, fresh florals, event décor services and exterior landscape services and development.
Both Chris Raimondi and Anderson Ward have been personally visiting accounts to inform them of the sale and to ensure a seamless transition.
