LICHTFIELD, Mich – The Raker Trial Garden’s summer event, The Connection, opens July 31, 2014 to connect all members of the horticulture industry and to, according to a press release, “celebrate the independent spirit of the industry.”
The venue will offer more than five acres of comparison trials, sponsored showcase areas and landscaped grounds.
The Trial Gardens are sponsored by C. Raker and Sons.
Dates: July 31 – August 2, 2014
The Connection Hours: Thursday, July 31 and Friday, August 1, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m., and Saturday, August 2 9 a.m. – noon.
2014 Connection Highlights:
- Real Plants. The Raker Trial Gardens provide an excellent backdrop for the event. For 2014, The Raker Trial Gardens will contain more than 2,100 unique plant varieties and more than 65,000 individual plants. The best place to talk about plants is among them!
