Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club
The Florida Water Summit returns to a beach venue at the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club. This year offers irrigation contractors, technicians, and related industry personnel opportunities for technical and management education including CEUs for licensure and certification.
CLIA certification
Beginning Tuesday, July 28, the Summit starts by offering the Landscape Irrigation Auditor Certification prep sessions with the exam scheduled the morning of Wednesday, July 29. The Landscape Irrigation Auditor workshop teaches fundamental water auditing techniques and water management skills and helps prepare you for the Irrigation Association's Certified Landscape Auditor exam.
Water Star certification
On Wednesday, the Florida Water Star Workshop commences. Water Star is a water conservation certification program for new and existing homes and commercial developments. The exam is offered Thursday, July 30. Earn 7 CEUs for State Irrigation Contractor License, including Miami Dade.

Four Florida legislators to address FIS Water Summit attendees
On July 31, during the FIS Water Summit, Florida representatives Greg Steube, Dane Eagle, Kathleen Passidomo and House Speaker Protem Matt Hudson will participate in a panel discussion on issues important to irrigation contractors: water and other business regulations.
