DAYTON, Ohio – Ed Eppley and Marty Grunder will host “Who Moved My Customer? Practical Survival Tactics for Business Leaders.” This will be a one-day event at Cox Arboretum in Dayton, Ohio, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm July 27.
Grunder says contractors must learn to adjust to the needs of the customer in order to survive and thrive. They have to make sure teams know what to do so they can be successful this year and in future years. Eppley and Grunder will teach participants the biggest mistakes leaders are making and could potentially make right now as well as how to avoid them. They’ll discuss how to make better decisions in today’s economy and selling tactics that work. They’ll work on problem solving within the group. Participants can see the agenda and get travel information on the website.
