WASHINGTON, D.C. - The House of Representatives signed off on pesticide legislation authored by Holmes Country GOP Rep. Bob Gibbs; Whether or not the Senate - already in a stalmate on a host of other isssues - will ever get to the matter.
The bill was written to clairify the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to control pesticide application near wetlands or bodies of water.
