TideWater Landscape Management named Skip Thompson as its CEO. TideWater, headquartered in Garden City, Georgia, achieves about $8 million in annual revenue and has about 150 employees. The company offers landscape management, lawn care and construction services.
Thompson has been with the company for 10 years. He has more than 30 years of landscaping experience. Previously, Thompson served as the company’s vice president of operations, where he helped to expand the company’s reach. He is also the chairman of the International Certification Committee for the National Association of Landscape Professionals. Thompson is a Landscape Industry Certified manager and technician.
In addition, TideWater appointed Connie Hill as its CFO. Hill previously served as a controller at TideWater. She has been with the company for more than five years. Her background in accounting will help to further grow and expand the company.
The company also promoted John Jackson to serve as vice president of operations. Jackson previously served as an account manager at TideWater. Jackson has worked at TideWater for 11 years. His focus will be the management of operation for all branches of TideWater outside the Savannah, Georgia, area.
Mike Roach was promoted to project manager at TideWater, as well. Roach has been with the company for over a year, and he recently completed the landscape design of the Savannah River Marriott.
Also, Lex Jennings joined the development team at TideWater in Huntsville, Alabama. His experience and knowledge will help to grow the company.
