KENT, Ohio – Davey Resource Group (DRG), a subsidiary of The Davey Tree Expert Company, has acquired New Age Communications Construction (NACC) a telecommunications construction firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
NACC provides fiber construction, small cell deployment and cable maintenance and construction services for the telecommunications industry in the Northeast, Midwest, mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
“NACC is pleased to join an organization with the reputation and substantial resources of Davey Resource Group,” said Jay Martin, president of NACC. “We believe the joint service capabilities our combined teams provide offer a solution for our clients that is poised to meet the ever-growing demand for wireless infrastructure across the U.S.”
NACC operates in 12 states throughout the eastern United States, including but not limited to Kentucky, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York. Other states include Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.
