LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Celebrating its 10th year as the hardscaping industry's leading trade show, HNA is introducing briefing sessions for contractors and dealers that will address profitability, risk management, technology, employee management and other key issues impacting company success.
These 20-minute briefings will take place in the trade show floor classroom located directly behind the ICPI Booth (#20010) on the trade show floor. These sessions also provide opportunities for dealers and contractors to network and learn from one another in a casual setting.
The new dealer briefings on Wednesday, Oct. 19, will feature Derek Whisenand of Whiz-Q, leading a session called "Technology for Operation" at 4 p.m. The second dealer briefing will highlight the dealer video winner presenting their company's video and successful operation at 6 p.m.
The new contractor briefings will take place on Thursday, Oct. 20 and Friday, Oct. 21 and will be taught by recognized industry experts. Contractor briefings include:
