The Cook County Sheriff's police are searching for an offender seen in a surveillance video burglarizing a landscaping trailer in unincorporated Elk Grove Township last month.
Police received a report the morning of July 28 of a burglary of a landscaping trailer in a parking lot at 1600 E. Algonquin Road, with a pair of hedge trimmers, a chain saw and a leaf blower allegedly taken from the parked trailer on the property, Cook County Sheriff's Department spokeswoman Sophia Ansari said.
