KENT, Ohio – The Davey Tree Expert Company has announced the appointment of Bonnie Marshall to regional business developer for the south Florida region. Marshall will be responsible for growing business in the south Florida markets for all of Davey’s service lines.
“Bonnie brings to Davey her excellent client service skills, including repeated success bridging the gap between providers and business organizations to deliver outstanding service,” said Don Winsett, vice president of national business development.
Marshall previously worked for Speedling, a national ornamental and vegetable plug producer, as vice president of ornamental sales. Prior to that, she served as secretary and treasurer of Marshall Tree Farm, a family owned ornamental tree farm with a 450-acre nursery in north-central Florida.
She currently serves as president of the Florida chapter of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) and has been a member of ISA for 10 years. She has been an active member of the Roots Plus Growers Association of Florida and the Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association.
Marshall holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Florida and is a graduate of the Wedgworth Leadership Institute for Agriculture and Natural Resources at the University of Florida.
