Lawn care education day in Chicago

GLENCOE, Ill. – The Chicago Botanic Garden, Illinois Landscape Contractors Association (ILCA) and the Illinois Professional Lawn Care Association (IPLCA) have come together to present, “Lawn Care Education Day,” on Friday, Sept. 17 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is a seminar about products, resources and lawn care education geared toward a wide range of professionals in the turf care industry.

Effective lawn care drives successful landscaping companies. Whether landscapers or groundskeepers choose to subcontract some of those services, or provide them in-house, it is critical to profitability and customer satisfaction to stay informed about the latest lawn care practices and products. The content is geared towards landscape contractors, turf professionals, groundskeepers, sports turf professionals and anyone who provides services related to proper lawn care.

Registration is $125. Chicago Botanic Garden, ILCA and IPLCA members pay $85. Government, non-profit, municipal and park district employees pay $95.
