A nudge to go green

CORE is trying to make it easier for landscapers to switch to greener equipment.

Currently CORE participates in Louisville's Lawn Care for Cleaner Air program that offers rebates to landscapers and residents of Jefferson County, Ky., when switching to cleaner equipment. Follow this link for more information on the professional rebates available.

As a landscaping professional, to qualify for this particular program you are required to go to a participating retailer (list can be found by following the link above), recycle your old piece of equipment and provide proof of residency or business in Jefferson County, Ky.

There are a variety of other rebate programs available across the country that CORE is working to get involved with in the near future.
