FAIRFAX, Va. — The National Association of Landscape Professionals plans to partner with industry expert Judith Guido to present Shark Tank, The LANDSCAPES 2017 Edition, from 9:45 to 11:15 a.m. Oct. 19 as one of the Power Sessions that will take place at LANDSCAPES 2017, which is held in conjunction with GIE+EXPO in Louisville, Kentucky.
The Shark Tank-style Power Session will bring together three entrepreneurs and four industry leaders, or “sharks,” including Judith Guido, chairwoman of Guido & Associates; Frank Mariani, CEO of Mariani Landscape; Mike Rorie, CEO of Go iLawn; and Doug York, CEO of Ewing Irrigation & Landscape Supply.
The entrepreneurs will present their ideas for new industry products and services, and if their ideas tempt the “sharks,” they may receive an investment from the “sharks.”
Guido is still soliciting proposals from interested entrepreneurs who are seeking an investment, have a solid business plan and are passionate about growing their business. The “sharks” are seeking investments from all types of companies in the industry.
