Greg Clendenin launches consulting firm

Industry veteran, Greg Clendenin, has started The Clendenin Consulting Group after 39 years of ownership and senior-level management in the lawn and pest control industry.  

The Clendenin Consulting Group is helping privately owned businesses to efficiently prepare their company for the market and connect them with the right buyer.

The CCG is also assisting companies in developing their economic and market value and to get a fresh perspective on the issues of growth, leadership, efficiencies, culture and marketing.

Joe Patti, former majority owner of Heron Lawn & Pest Control stated, “After 14 years with almost 200 cars and trucks on the road, and nine functioning locations, my team and I made a decision to place Heron on the acquisition market.  During the course of Greg’s career, his reputation of acquiring and selling other pest control companies was well established.
