COLUMBUS, Ohio – Nominations are being accepted for the 2017 AmericanHort Interior Plantscape Hall of Fame Award. This award honors individuals of integrity whose personal dedication provide great leadership in the development and growth of the interiorscape industry. Individuals nominated must have contributed for a minimum of 15 years to the development and permanent betterment of the interiorscape industry. Nominations will be accepted in the categories of plantscaping professional, allied professional and posthumous inductee. The deadline to nominate is October 1, 2016.
The award selection is made by a temporary Hall of Fame Award committee, consisting of the AmericanHort Interior Plantscape community coordinator and four former award inductees. A unanimous vote of the committee is required for induction.
Last year’s Hall of Fame inductees were Dr. Terril Nell and Janice Goodman.
