Here's a 4 step coaching process that Barry Rinehart, Compass Leadership Training, will walk you through.

CASH = Capacity, Attitude, Skill & Habit. On it's own you'll probably wonder how does that works, but when delivered in the process...the light bulbs over peoples heads light up the room.

This is a great short session, as direct feedback on performance is every manager's and leader's least favorite part of dealing with others...at the end of the night, you'll have a simple process that works every time and delivers the intended results you are after.
