SAN DIEGO, Calif. – LandCare is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Couch and Brian Simmons in Orlando, Florida, and Richmond, Virginia, respectively.
“Both Michael and Brian exemplify LandCare’s values and have had great results with their work. I’m very pleased to have them take the next step in their careers with our organization,” says Neil Carter, SVP of LandCare.
Couch joined LandCare in Feb., 2016, as an account manager with sixteen years of experience and became branch manager in July. Couch holds a Bachelors from UCF in business administration and is a Certified Pest Control Operator in lawn and ornamental for the state of Florida.
“I like being a part of a team that strives to be at the top and is willing to do what it takes to get there,” said Couch.
Simmons, branch manager of Richmond, joined LandCare in March, 2016, as an account manager, became a senior production manager in May and was promoted to branch manager in August. He has been in the landscape industry since 1998 and has worked on irrigation, design build, maintenance, production management and account management for both residential and commercial properties. He is a Virginia Nursery and Landscape Association Certified Horticulturalist and has a Virginia Commercial Applicators License.
“My experience with LandCare has been both challenging and rewarding,” said Simmons. “I look forward to leading this branch towards the goal of making LandCare the premier landscape company in Richmond.”
