7:30 a.m. – 8 a.m. Set-up
8:15 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Welcome and Introductions
8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Student Industry Mixer
9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Conduct Interviews
11:45 a.m. – 1 p.m. Lunch of Champions – Tables will have relevant topics to be discussed over lunch, lead by our Industry Company Representatives
1 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Interviews Continue
Lunch of Champions: Similar to the Breakfast of Champions at NALP’s Landscapes 2015, we would like to have at least 10–15 tables set up with different topics to be discussed at each table during lunch. Lunch has been extended to allow enough time to discuss topics and give advice to students. List any topics you are willing to ‘Champion’ that would be appropriate for students to gain insight into or learn about on the registration page.

Registration fees
$175 per company/organization
Includes reservation for one display space and lunch for two company representatives. Additional lunches may be purchased for $15 per person.
Equipment
Each company will be provided a 10 foot rectangular table and two chairs. The building has wireless internet. If you need an electrical outlet, please bring your own extension cords. Power will be available.

Eagle Ridge Conference Center, located on campus. Single room $85, Double room $85 + Tax. Call 601-857-7100. Other typical hotels chains are available in Clinton. It is easy to get to campus from Clinton, which is right off I-20 West.
