This Penstemon from Blooms of Bressingham is a myriad of small tubular flowers put on a dazzling show, and its prairie heritage lets it shrug off tough winters. ‘Prairie Twilight’s’ dainty flowers have white tips and throats, and the wide, lance-shaped leaves sit on sturdy, erect stems. It’s a heavy bloomer in May through mid-July and a spectacular upright element in the sunny perennial border and in containers. It is hardy in Zones 4 to 9. Vigorous plants rise to 22 in. and spread to 26 in. For more information, visit Blooms of Bressingham at bloomsofbressinghamplants.com.
