Dave E. Wasmer, general manager of Aquamaster, has been named president of the company. He will assume the roles and responsibilities of Nicolas Nigrelli, the previous president who passed away unexpectedly July 8, 2010.
In addition, the board named Gene P. Woelfel as the chief financial officer/treasurer. Woelfel will oversee all financials within the parent company and its divisions.
