Ruppert Landscape hires business developer

LAYTONSVILLE, Md. – Ruppert Landscape is pleased to announce the addition of Theresa Pickett as the Business Developer in its Frederick Landscape Management Branch.

Pickett, a resident of Mount Airy, MD, brings over seven years of sales experience to her new position with Ruppert. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in operational meteorology.

As business developer, she will be responsible for understanding and identifying opportunities in the market, local networking and relationship building with targeted potential customers, involvement in trade organizations, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

“Theresa’s communication skills and strong work ethic make her a good fit for our organization,” said Jason Kilmore, branch manager for Ruppert’s Frederick Landscape Management Branch. “We are looking forward to many good things from her.”

Ruppert’s Landscape provides commercial landscape construction and management in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Georgia and North Carolina from 16 branch offices and has a long-standing tradition of giving back to the community. In addition, the company operates a 475-acre wholesale tree nursery specializing in large tree growing and moving in Montgomery County, MD.
