Regional winners selected in Hardscape North America Installer Championship

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The 2018 Hardscape North America Installer Championships competition has announced the regional winners who will join teams on-site at HNA to compete for the championship title. Team registrations are still being accepted for the 6th annual event, which will be held at HNA October 18-19 in Louisville, Kentucky. 

The following 5 teams won their regional installer competition events and have been sponsored to compete at HNA 2018:

Returning 2017 Champion: CG Paving

New England Region: Mike Darling Construction LLC

NCLC 1st Place: Spokane Community College

NCLC 2nd Place: Alamance Community College

Southeast Region: GP Hardscapes

Central Region: CG Paving Team 2

The Hardscape North America Installer Championships are intended to test and recognize the skill of hardscape contractors from Canada, the United States and Mexico. At the national competition, up to 24 teams will have their understanding of industry best practices and guidelines tested in a race against the clock and other top installers in the industry.

The registration fee is $200 per team. All teams who compete in the installer championship event at HNA will have $150 of their registration fee refunded. Teams may download registration forms at http://hardscapena.com/attendee/features/installer-champ.

Preliminary rounds will take place Thursday, October 18 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The final Championship round to determine the 2018 National Champion will take place at 10 a.m. on Friday, October 19.
