BFG Supply Co. (“BFG”), a full-line horticultural distributor serving customers in the Great Lakes, Midwest and Great Plains regions of the United States, has been acquired by Tricor Pacific Capital. (“Tricor”), a Vancouver private equity firm with offices in Vancouver, B.C. and Lake Forest (Chicago), Ill. Headquartered in Burton, Ohio, BFG operates a total of 14 service centers providing local delivery routes and servicing the needs of customers in 17 states.
