WILTON, Conn. – The Harvest Group launched Harvest the Green Partners, a group dedicated to helping business owners buy and sell businesses. The group is focused on helping owners build a business with value, whether the company is transitioning the business to family, employees or selling the business outright.
Alison Hoffman is joining Bill Arman and Ed Laflamme on the Harvest the Green Partners team. She is a landscape industry entrepreneur with 20-plus years of mergers and acquisitions experience with companies of all sizes.
“We started the company because so many of our clients wanted to either buy companies to grow or sell their own, and once we met Alison, starting the company was a no-brainer,” said Ed Laflamme, president of The Harvest Group.
Harvest the Green Partners’ principals plan to serve as advisers to help companies make decisions on either buying or selling a business. The Harvesters also provide one-to-one consulting, peer groups and the Harvest Academy to provide online landscape business training.
