CARY, N.C. -- Taylor Tree Services has joined HMI's Authorized Member Network as its program supporter in Northeast Florida.
HMI provides property owners and insurers, among others, support services for trees and shrubs, including emergency removals, inspections, cause of loss analysis and replacement cost calculations. HMI's national network of arborists and professional tree care companies support its product and service offerings. Taylor Tree will support HMI in Jacksonville, St. Augustine and the neighboring areas.
"We are pleased to add Taylor Tree Services to HMI's network," said Don Malawsky, executive vice president and COO of HMI. "Having a leading company available to help in coastal areas exposed to tropical storms and hurricanes is invaluable for our clients. Taylor Tree has provided professional tree care for years and represents the quality of service that we promote to our insurance clients as well as property owners."
"Joining HMI was a strategic move to grow and expand our business," said Daniel LeBlanc, president of Taylor Tree Services, which he founded in 2003. "Not only does HMI refer qualified leads to us, but they work with us throughout the process providing support in numerous ways, including sales, assistance, collection, handling all of the communications with adjusters and insurance companies, and assisting us with a customer service issue. HMI manages the Authorized Member program more like a partnership as opposed to simply a referral generator and provides extensive back office support, which is critical when doing storm work."
