SOLitude Lake Management hires eight around country

The team ranges from scientists to regional sales managers.

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – SOLitude Lake Management recently welcomed eight of its newest hires to the company’s team.

The company is a nationwide environmental firm committed to providing sustainable solutions that improve water quality, enhance beauty, preserve natural resources and reduce environmental footprint. The eight hires come from anywhere between the Northeast and the Southwest. 

Ben German is now a fisheries biologist serving clients from SOLitude’s Shrewsbury, Massachusetts office. He helps design and execute comprehensive lake management solutions for clients, with a particular focus on fisheries management, water quality monitoring and analysis, and nuisance plant management.

Lauren Sullivan is an environmental scientist based out of Shrewsbury who assists SOLitude’s mechanical division with invasive weed control services, surveys, reports, proposals and GIS mapping. She comes to SOLitude with 10-years of experience in several environmental disciplines.

Alex Abriola is a wildlife & fisheries scientist serving clients in SOLitude’s Nashville market. He focuses on providing sustainable lake, pond and fisheries management solutions for waterbodies across the region.

Rease Patrick is an aquatic specialist based in SOLitude’s Tyler, Texas office. He specializes in the management of aquatic weeds and algae for homeowner’s associations, private property owners and municipalities.

Scott Dye is an aquatic specialist focused on providing sustainable lake, pond and wetland management solutions for clients throughout Orlando and Central Florida. Scott's expertise extends to invasive aquatic plant identification and treatment, and water quality management.

Michael Dillon is the regional sales manager for SOLitude's South, Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern regions. Based out of South Jersey, he helps his team build strong relationships with clients andcomes to SOLitude from the water purification industry.

Meghan Stewart is a regional administrator based out of SOLitude’s Shrewsbury office. She is one of the first points of contact for clients and works hand-in-hand with regional directors and SOLitude’s scientific teams.

April Hall is a procurement specialist based out of SOLitude’s Newport News, Virginia office. She focuses on streamlining processes between sales, vendors and field staff to more efficiently provide services to clients. April has over 25 years of experience in customer service, purchasing, receiving, inventory, Human Resources, payroll and bookkeeping.
