CLEVELAND – SCG Partners acquired the assets of two commercial landscape companies in Florida. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
These two transactions are the largest acquisitions made to date and mark the seventh and eighth acquisitions for SCG Partners in the last two years. The combined company operates in several markets throughout Florida.
SCG Partners, a middle-market private investment firm based in Cleveland, continues to seek additional acquisitions in the landscape maintenance industry throughout the Southeastern U.S. SCG Partners plans to make additional add-on acquisitions to deepen local market penetration as well as expand geographic coverage.
