LandOpt has announced that it is rolling out a brand new associate program to target contractors below $1.25 million in revenue. Prior to this announcement, the company only provided sales and marketing, business management, operations management and human resources services to companies who were above that $1.25 million threshold.
LandOpt's move to the smaller market will be done by scaling down its traditional offerings into a package that is flexible and convenient for the contractor that falls into that range. The program will provide them with tools they can use to grow their business, in the hopes that at the end of two years, the company will have grown enough to start using the traditional offering.
A big differentiator at this new level is that it will be very online driven. The company recognizes that contractors may be wearing many hats in the company, so for them to dedicate time and resources to growing their company may be a challenge. Offering this program, which will still give them coaching visits at a smaller frequency, they are able to receive more of their training online.
