Laytonsville, MD – Ruppert Landscape added David Roles to its team to serve as branch manager in the company’s Frederick, Maryland, landscape management branch.
“We are pleased to welcome Dave to the Ruppert team and look forward to seeing him apply his wealth of industry knowledge and management skills in his efforts to grow our Frederick branch,” said Doug Halsey, region vice president in the company’s landscape management division.
Roles has a degree in landscape management from the University of Maryland’s Institute of Applied Agriculture and is a Landscape Industry Certified Technician and Maryland Licensed Pesticide Applicator. He has over 20 years of industry experience, having held positions as an account manager, operations manager, supervisor and most recently as branch manager for other landscaping companies.
In the new position, Roles will be responsible for the welfare of the Frederick branch, including the safety and development of his team, strategic planning, budgeting, training and day-to-day operations.
