Four promotions for Ruppert's branch

The Georgia Landscape Management Branch announced the promotions as a response to branch growth.

LAYTONSVILLE, Md. – Ruppert Landscape is pleased to announce the promotions of Syed Ali, Arnaldo Caceres, Thor Grenier, and Kurt Myers in the company’s Georgia Landscape Management Branch.

Ali, a resident of Lawrenceville, GA, has been promoted to business developer. As business developer, he will be responsible for understanding and identifying opportunities in the market, local networking and relationship building with targeted potential customers, involvement in trade organizations, and maintaining long term client relationships. Ali has been with Ruppert Landscape for over two years, having previously supported the company as a field manager.

Caceres, a resident of Snellville, GA, has been promoted to area manager. He has eight years of experience in the industry and holds a Georgia Certified Pesticide applicator’s license.

Grenier, a resident of Grayson, GA, has moved from enhancement manager to area manager. He has been in the industry for 21 years, having first started as a crewman at Ruppert Landscape in 1993. Grenier holds an associate’s degree in Ornamental Horticulture and a bachelor’s degree in Plant Science. He is GCLP certified, ICP installer certified, Soil and Erosion certified (level 1), and has won several Branch Impact Awards.

As area managers, Caceres and Grenier will be responsible for the sale, renewal and production of the branch’s landscape management work, the training and development of the personnel, and ensuring quality, customer service, and customer retention.

Myers, a resident of Loganville, GA, has been promoted to enhancement manager. As enhancement manager, he will be responsible for producing all of the branch’s enhancement work, purchasing and selling a portion of that work, and ensuring customer satisfaction. He started at Ruppert Landscape in 2007 and has 16 years of industry experience. Myers is GCLP certified, ICP installer certified, Soil and Erosion certified (level 1A), and holds a Georgia Category 24 Pesticides license.
