How to and the Importance of developing future leadership
Lupe Rios, Forrest Keeling Nursery – Sgt. “Lupe” Rios serves with the Missouri Army National Guard when he’s not the production manager at Forrest Keeling Nursery. Rios has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Missouri Baptist College. 
* On Thursday, Jan. 21, Rios will lead this same roundtable discussion in English.

An interactive question and answer session. Questions about management, plant health or operations? The audience’s questions will determine the direction of this roundtable discussion.
Fernando Fernandez, Loma Vista Nursery – Fernando Fernandez is the operations manager at Loma Vista Nursery where his responsibilities include operations planning, monitoring operations and financial performance and working with the master plan and the annual operating budget. Fernandez has a Bachelor of Science degrees in agronomy and agriculture from the University of Camaguey (Cuba).
