New England GROWS has something for everyone

The conference will offer educational sessions for Spanish speakers, turf and lawn care professionals, landscape contractors, designers and architects.

BOSTON, Mass. – New England GROWS, scheduled for Nov. 30-Dec. 2 in Boston, has expanded its programming with a seminar series designed for Spanish-speaking landscape professionals and those who work closely with them. Developed in collaboration with the National Hispanic Landscape Alliance, the seminar program addresses a wide variety of business topics, including how to manage multi-cultural teams, safety training and leadership development.
 
"Hispanic-American landscape professionals are a growing and influential segment of New England's green industry," said New England GROWS President Michelle Harvey of Lakeview Nurseries in Lunenburg, Massachusetts. "We are pleased to partner with the NHLA to offer programming that supports programs specific to Hispanic-Americans in the commercial horticulture industry."
 
Taught by NHLA instructors, the program includes the following sessions:
